Tameus completed his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia, where he developed a strong foundation in orthopaedic assessment, clinical reasoning, and evidence-based care. Prior to his Master’s degree, Tameus completed his undergraduate degree at Dalhousie and the University of Victoria studying medical sciences and biology.
Clinically, Tameus enjoys supporting people experiencing musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical recovery, and persistent or complex pain. He takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to care, combining hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise prescription, and education to help clients understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery. Having personally rehabilitated from multiple ACL injuries, he brings particular insight and empathy to clients navigating more challenging rehabilitation processes.
Before becoming a physiotherapist, Tameus worked for over a decade in adaptive sport and outdoor guiding with experience supporting individuals with physical and neurological challenges. Tameus has worked as a certified sailing coach, ski and mountain bike instructor, sit-ski instructor, kayak guide, and paddleboard instructor. These experiences shaped his calm, adaptable treatment style and his belief that effective care must consider the whole person, not just the injury.
Outside of the clinic, Tameus enjoys staying active through activities such as cycling, skiing, paddling, and tennis. He values spending time outdoors with friends and family and is passionate about helping people return to the activities that matter most to them, at any stage of life.
