Botond is passionate about helping people overcome injuries and return to their favourite activities as soon as possible. With a focus on manual therapy, exercise prescription and education, Bo strives to empower people to take charge of their health and wellness so they can get back to what they love, whether it’s competitive sport or playing with grandchildren in the garden.
Botond’s journey as a Physical Therapist is rooted in exercise, sport and a passion for blending fun with meaningful exercises to develop strength and resiliency against injury. Botond has a diverse set of experiences working with people of all ages and abilities, including Personal Training for older adults through Bodyworks, teaching soccer to young children through Active Kids, a focus on building strength and recovery from injury in his time working with UBC Men’s Rugby. His clinical experience includes working in multiple areas of the hospital setting with a focus on neurological rehabilitation and recovery from orthopedic surgery and injuries. This collection of experiences has helped garner an appreciation for the importance of achieving and maintaining physical health throughout the lifespan as to make the most of every stage.
